Bennett Thrasher ("BT") is seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate responsible for leading solutions implementation projects, AI initiatives, and API integrations. This hands-on, visionary role requires strategic thinking, deep technological expertise, and effective interaction with C-level executives and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Solutions Implementation Projects : Oversee the execution of technology solutions from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
• AI Project Leadership : Implement and lead AI initiatives, driving innovation and leveraging cutting-edge technologies to improve business outcomes.
• API Integration : Use APIs to integrate and enhance product offerings, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimized functionality.
• Strategic Collaboration : Work closely with C-level executives and senior leadership to understand organizational goals, define strategies, and develop technology roadmaps.
• Stakeholder Management : Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across the organization.
• Performance Monitoring : Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of technology initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement.

Qualifications

This role requires working in the office for the first 90 days, transitioning to a hybrid schedule afterward.
