A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Partner (Sales) to manage sales compensation programs and oversee incentive payouts.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the design and maintenance of sales incentive plans in alignment with company strategy
Process monthly and quarterly sales incentive commission payouts and ensure compliance with regulations
Collaborate with Sales and Finance leadership to evaluate plan effectiveness and recommend adjustments
Required Qualifications
Minimum of five years of direct compensation experience, including three years in sales compensation administration
Experience with salary surveys, job evaluations, and incentive programs is required
Experience with Workday preferred; familiarity with MarketPay is a plus
Proven ability to consult and collaborate with HR partners and senior leaders on compensation matters
Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field preferred; CCP certification is a plus
