Position Summary :

Provides direct patient care using the nursing process and supports unit coordination activities to promote safe, high-quality outcomes. Serves as a resource to staff and assists with scheduling, education, and performance initiatives. Reports to the Director or Manager of Department.

Essential Functions

Minimum Qualifications :

Education : Associate's degree in nursing required; bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. Licensure / Certifications : Current RN license in state of practice; BCLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred; Handle with Care preferred. Skills : Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision in stressful environments. Proficiency navigating multiple clinical software systems. Effective English communication (read, write, speak, and understand). Ability to complete the Skills Competency Checklist within 90 days of hire.
