Provides technical support and maintains audio / video devices and peripherals. Assists with installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all classroom hardware while ensuring optimal system performance.

Education and Experience
Must be a current SHSU student enrolled in six (6) semester hours with a minimum SHSU GPA of 2.5. Must be able to demonstrate basic computer competencies and knowledge. Direct IT job experience, SHSU Lab Assistant experience, or customer service experience preferred.
