Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, engineering and business teams to uncover customer and business needs
• Translate complex ideas into understandable concepts and solutions that evolve and enhance the product experience
• Manage shifting priorities to provide clear direction and input on product prioritization and support early product definition
• Advocate for the customer through human‑centered design methods, including discovery, research and user testing
• Facilitate and participate in workshops with internal and external stakeholders to align with business needs
• Drive end‑to‑end product design process by framing problems, developing insights and designing new methodologies / practices to serve customer needs
• Create process and user flows, wireframes, journey maps and user interface specifications
• Deliver design assets for acceptance, development and delivery to market in partnership with engineering
• Teach, mentor and guide designers

Annual Salary

USD 120,950.00 – USD 212,175.00 per year. The above range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are considered to arrive at the final salary, including scope and responsibilities of the role, selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, work location and market and business considerations.
