The Channel's founding Technical Board Members include former government leaders and ITexecutives passionate about bringing best-of-breed technology to the government.

We are seeking a skilled and experiencedTechnical Lead / Systems Architect to join our team!

Technical Lead / Systems Architect

Position Description (PD) :

Responsible for technical oversight and architecture of HRD applications, systems integration, and modernization initiatives. Defines system design, security architecture, and implementation strategies aligned with DOI standards (including NIST SP 800-53, IPv6 compliance, and CUI handling). Leads the technical team in evaluating tools, frameworks, and migration strategies to optimize application performance and security.

Personnel Qualifications (PQ) :

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT systems architecture, systems integration, or enterprise application development.
• Proven experience designing or implementing solutions in a federal HR or ERP environment.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering; AWS or Azure Architect Certification preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Agile / DevSecOps environments and system lifecycle management.
• Strong technical writing and documentation abilities.
