Growth Analyst

A company is looking for a Growth & Influencer Acquisition Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Scout and manage high-impact creators, enriching the influencer database

Execute outreach through automated emails and follow-ups to convert creators into partners

Track performance data of paid influencers and provide actionable insights for reporting

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field; quantitative background or Master's degree is a plus

Based in Malaysia, with the ability to work in the Kuala Lumpur office 2-3 days per week

0 - 3 years of experience in consumer brands, e-commerce, or related fields; fresh graduates are welcome

Proficiency in spreadsheets for tracking, analysis, and presentations

Fluency in German (written and / or spoken) is a strong plus
