Key Responsibilities :

Employee Relations : Address employee concerns and conflicts, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace environment.

Performance Management : Implement and oversee performance review processes, providing guidance to managers and employees.

Development : Identify and coordinate development programs to enhance staff skills and career growth.

Compliance and Policy Development : Supports adherence to labor laws and company policies, updating procedures as necessary.

HR Metrics and Reporting : Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend solutions to HR Manager.

HRIS Analyst : Expert / SME in UKG modules, Learning and Analytics. Strong at work process designs and flows to improve and leverage technological capabilities.

Benefits Administration : Supports employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.

Future Responsibilities :

Leadership Roles : As the company expands and grows, take on leadership roles in new projects and initiatives.

Strategic Development : Contribute to the development of new HR strategies to support company expansion.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration : Work and support other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Skills :

o Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

o Excellent problem-solving abilities.

o Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

o Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

o Proficiency in HR metrics and data analysis.

Qualifications

Education

Preferred

Bachelors or better in Human Resource Administration or related field.

Experience

Required

5 years : working within the Generalist position.

Preferred

8 years : experience in HR, with a focus on generalist or analyst functions
