Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate education programs that enhance nursing practice and clinical performance
- Serve as a mentor, consultant, and change agent to support nurses' ongoing professional growth
- Lead orientation, competency training, and continuing education using adult learning principles
- Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to advance evidence-based care and quality improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and Master’s in Nursing (or enrolled with completion in 18 months)Active Washington RN license and BLS certification through AHAMinimum 3 years of clinical experience in acute care or relevant specialty areaExperience developing and delivering adult education or staff training programsPreferred Qualifications
