As Marketing Administrator, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team at Human Appeal USA. This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative functions of the marketing department, coordinating marketing activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of all marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, excellent organizational skills, and a good understanding of marketing principles. They will be a key player in ensuring that marketing campaigns and projects are executed efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall success of the organization's marketing efforts.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

Coordinate Marketing Activities :

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events, ensuring all logistics are in place.
• Maintain the marketing calendar, tracking deadlines, project milestones, and key deliverables.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and other external partners to coordinate marketing activities.
• Provide support for digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and content management.
• Organize and distribute marketing materials, ensuring all resources are up-to-date and accessible to the team.
