Job Title : Test Technician

Pay Range : $26 / hr

Job Overview :

Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented Test Technician for a local San Jose, CA client to perform inspections and tests on electronic products, ensuring they meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities :

Perform functional, electrical, and mechanical tests on PCBA and electronic products using specialized test equipment.

Set up, calibrate, and maintain test instruments, ensuring compliance with technical specifications.

Record, analyze, and document test results; identify and report anomalies or defects.

Troubleshoot product issues and collaborate with engineering or QA teams to resolve them.

Ensure products meet quality standards before release, following established QA procedures.

Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of test equipment; perform routine maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Proficiency with test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, or automated test systems.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures and identify defects.

Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting technical issues.

Clear communication and documentation abilities.

Team-oriented and able to collaborate effectively across departments.

Ability to lift and carry material up to 50 pounds

Education & Experience :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Technical training or certification in electronics, mechanical testing, or related fields preferred.

Previous experience as a test operator in electronics or manufacturing is a plus.

Work Environment : On-site position.

May involve standing for long periods and handling PCBA assemblies carefully.

Pay Details : $26.00 per hour
