• Locations : Chicago, IL
• Preferred schedule : Mon-Fri 7 : 30am - 5pm
• Patient Population : Geriatrics Ages 65+
• PPD : 18-21 PPD
• Credentialing : 30-90 Days
• Background and Certifications required :
• Candidates must be BC or BE in IM or FM
• Must have unrestricted IL License
• Support : Full office staff and midlevels
