We are seeking a Director Of Procurement to lead and optimize our global procurement function. This role will focus on strategic vendor negotiations, supplier management, cost optimization, and procurement operations while ensuring compliance with internal policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vendor negotiations and procurement best practices in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a hands-on leader who can build scalable procurement processes and partner cross-functionally to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Strategic Procurement & Sourcing

• Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with Aircall's business goals.
• Lead vendor selection and negotiations to ensure cost-effectiveness, service quality, and scalability.
• Identify opportunities for vendor consolidation and spend optimization across the company.
• Establish and track KPIs for procurement performance, focusing on cost savings, supplier efficiency, and risk mitigation.

$180,000 - $220,000 a year
