Sr. Data & Analytics Manager

We are seeking a strategic and business-minded Sr. Data & Analytics Manager to lead a team of analysts in delivering actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data and business someone who gets excited about influencing strategy through insights more than just crunching numbers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership and Development

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of four analysts.

Deliver recurring and ad-hoc reporting that supports strategic decision-making.

Present analysis to senior leaders in a clear and compelling way.

Proactively identify inefficiencies in processes and lead the effort to streamline and automate.

Qualifications :

Strong understanding of banking products and strategy.

2+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports.

Comfortable working with Python (or other programming language with an ability and desire to learn Python) and SQL to mentor team members, help troubleshoot code, etc. Hands-on involvement in pulling data and performing analysis will be required at times.

Salary : $102,000.00 - $190,000.00

Pay Type : Salaried

The above represents BMO Financial Group's pay range and type. Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group's expected target for the first year in this position.

BMO Financial Group's total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
