As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Game Economy Manager to design and optimize in-game economies, ensuring engaging progression, balanced rewards, and effective monetization strategies.
Responsibilities
- Design and refine economic frameworks for in-game features, virtual currencies, and player progression.
- Analyze key KPIs, identify trends, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize retention and monetization.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to align economic mechanics with game systems.
- Design and run A / B tests, simulations, and predictive models to refine feature balance and live operations.
