Medical Laboratory Technician

Job Summary : The Medical Technologist will perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment. This role requires adherence to established protocols and collaboration with clinical staff to ensure high-quality laboratory services. Please note that all new hires must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and will undergo a drug screen, including nicotine, as Kettering Health is a nicotine-free organization.\n\nResponsibilities : \nPerform tests as ordered in assigned laboratory sections, which may include : Chemistry Hematology Transfusion Service Microbiology^Work under general supervision while adhering to established protocols.^Seek guidance from coordinators or professional personnel as needed.^Assist Clinical Laboratory Assistants (CLAs) and other technical team members.^Complete other duties as assigned by supervisory staff.
