Quality Engineer

Salary : $51,412 - $66,835 / yr.

Schedule : Must be available to work any shift

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and resolve daily quality-related issues, both internal and external, while driving process improvements to meet KPIs.
• Develop, implement, and sustain Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with ISO standards, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, SPC, and related methodologies.
• Analyze manufacturing system metrics, prioritize issues, and design / validate solutions to improve performance.
• Serve as the primary quality resource for policies, standards, and advanced statistical analysis of processes / products.
• Review and interpret complex prints, specifications, and schematics to support operations.
• Manage customer and supplier quality relations, expectations, and compliance needs.
• Represent Quality on cross-functional teams and provide guidance / mentorship to less experienced staff.
