Graphic / Visual Designer – Leadership Communications (Remote, 3 Months with potential for extension)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly talented and strategic Graphic / Visual Designer to create impactful visual communication materials for senior leadership and high-visibility initiatives. This role blends design excellence with storytelling to deliver visually compelling assets that enhance organizational culture, leadership messaging, and external branding.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, creative leads, and executives to develop presentation decks, campaign materials, and multimedia content that shape the organization’s narrative for internal and external forums.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and refresh visual collateral that reflects organizational culture and values, including newsletters, orientation decks, and diversity communications.
• Develop original creative content and campaigns for leadership presentations, internal communications, and external channels.
• Create and maintain design templates to ensure brand consistency and streamline production workflows.
• Support large-scale meetings and events through video production and broadcasting deliverables.
• Drive innovation in visual storytelling, ensuring materials align with evolving communication strategies.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, tracking deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with creative and communication leads to maintain alignment with brand standards.
• Gather, interpret, and integrate stakeholder feedback into design revisions for continuous improvement.
