Boston Scientific Corporation seeks a Sr. Material Program Manager at its St. Paul, MN location. Duties include collaborating with necessary functional teams to identify and implement new systems / applications that improve supply chain capability, sustainability, and reliability. Drive supply flexibility through lead time reduction, second source, and PRQs. Close material shortages, optimize allocation across programs and report material status, opportunity, and risk through CTB process. Project material liability to facilitate demand or roadmap discussion and mitigate E&O exposure. Manage the material drive process and provide consolidated forecast to the project team, acting as liaison between planning and procurement teams for demand vs supply discussion. Drive all BOM (Bill of Material) Supplier Selection and qualification activities to meet project schedule. Estimate project levels of effort and resource requirements. Track project schedules, identifying risks, and developing and executing contingency plans. Position does not manage employees. May require to travel / telecommute.
