Job Title : Project Scheduler (INRAP)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed schedules for multiple products and activities.
• Create a master project schedule for each case or activity.
• Incorporate contract milestones, including development, testing, production, and delivery dates.
• Develop and maintain a hierarchical schedule consolidating all active and pending cases.
• Provide schedules that inform cost estimates by time phasing requirements.
• Update and track schedule progress to ensure alignment with project objectives and deadlines.
• Provide transparent schedule reporting to stakeholders, including team members and management.
• Identify and resolve potential conflicts or schedule overlaps across projects.
• Optimize allocation of resources-manpower, equipment, and budget-to meet project requirements.
• Support schedule reviews, updates, and briefings as needed for management or customer reporting.
