Job Description

Elitecare Medical Staffing is seeking four experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) for the Emergency Room in Clovis, California. This role is essential for providing high-quality care to patients in urgent and critical situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage and Assessment : Quickly assess patients upon arrival in the ER, prioritizing care based on medical need and urgency.
• Emergency Care : Provide emergency interventions, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring vital signs.
• Collaboration : Work closely with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Patient Education : Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care.
• Compliance : Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
