Senior Commercial Concrete Estimator

Location : Draper, Utah | Full-Time

Must Haves :

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
Minimum 5 years of commercial estimating experience
Proven expertise with Bid2Win bottom-up estimating
Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, plans, purchase orders, and contracts.

What You’ll Do

Lead the pre-bid process : review specifications, analyze drawings, and attend pre-bid meetings

Perform detailed quantity takeoffs, calculate labor and equipment costs, and analyze historical data to ensure accurate, competitive bids

Contribute to the preparation of complete bid packages with precision and clarity

Collaborate with project teams to shape winning strategies

Support additional estimating and preconstruction activities as needed
