Okeena Health and Rehabilitation Center  is seeking for passionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our growing nursing team in Dyersburg, TN. As a LPN, you will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support the nursing staff in delivering high quality, resident-centered care.

This position is full time, part time, or per diem. Hiring for day shfit (7a-7p)

Pay Rates :

• $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
• $24.20 - $30.80 per hour >
