Who were looking for :
- 5+ years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Strong technical knowledge and project management skills

Responsibilities include but not limited to :
Assure that Client financial statements are prepared in compliance with official guidelines and requirements.Demonstrate the ability to review clients accounting information to identify and resolve inaccuracies or imbalances.Work closely with the CAS department Sr. Manager / Director / Partner to ensure their clients accounting needs are met and relevant analysis is performed.Review financial statements, daily operating reports, and inform upper management of developing trends.Demonstrate the ability to take on complex projects to assist in solving client accounting issues.Responsible for developing and maintaining principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.Supervise the accounting staff, internal or external, and is responsible for managing the team on specified engagements to ensure work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner.Prepare any management reports needed.Demonstrate the ability to maintain and update client procedures manual by performing as needed maintenance to the document.Demonstrate the ability to train less experienced internal and external staff on client software.Exemplifies firm values in all interactions, including staff, client, prospect, community, etc.Our process :
