We’re looking for someone who is driven and approachable, task-oriented, and accountable. Someone who makes eye contact with everyone who enters the studio — members, employees, vendors, visitors — calls them by name, and makes time for them. Someone who can motivate a sales team, listens well, and likes to stay fit and have fun.

If something goes wrong, you get it fixed. If a member is celebrating their 20th class or their 65th birthday, you ensure they’re recognized. When sales goals are set, you aim to surpass them.
