Location : Onsite 2-3 days per week in Minn MN

Top Skills that are a MUST have - IBM MQ and IBM ACE, Scripting techs (ansible, terraform, etc), Kafka experience (general is fine - Rabbit MQ is fine too)

This position is someone who has experience in IBM MQ and IBM Ace - helping application teams with integrations - being on call as needed if there are any issues - try to triage / fix as needed. End to end responsibility of IBM MQ and IBM Ace as a platform - starting with infrastructure and ending with triage / support and everything in between. Must have Rabbit MQ and Kafka experience. Expert in IBM MQ is required as well. Terraform / Ansible experience is a must as they manage their environments using scripts.

Install technology - fix any issues that are within the tech stack as well - mostly upkeep of existing infrastructure and setting up the tech stack in it's entirety. Everything is automated, nothing manual. They use Ansible and Terraform for scripting to automate everything.

Lead data transport team - responsible for middleware integrations for messaging within best buy - mostly deal with IBM MQ, Informatica, Kafka, Rabbit MQ, moving to AWS cloud, some messaging technologies within the cloud.

Team is onshore & offshore mix

Every 6th week the person is responsible for on-call rotation - will need to interact with other teams to get issues resolved quickly so good communication skills are key.
