Culinary Process Engineer

A company is looking for a Culinary Process Engineer to oversee the development and implementation of kitchen operational systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and implement standardized cooking and prep procedures across all locations

Translate chef-driven recipes into scalable, operationally efficient processes

Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to improve kitchen design and food preparation methods

Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in culinary process engineering, food manufacturing, or multi-unit restaurant operations

Strong understanding of fast casual kitchen workflows and equipment

Experience with process design, scaling recipes, and standardizing operations

Proficient in data analysis, process mapping, and documentation

Excited to work in a small company, start-up environment
