As a CADD Designer, no two days feel the same, and that’s the best part. You’ll be in the Civil 3D zone most of the day, turning ideas into detailed, buildable plans, then bouncing ideas off project managers or swapping insights with teammates who’ve been doing this for decades (and still love it). Ways You’ll Use Your Design Experience

  • Create construction-ready site development plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Generate 3D surfaces, grading layouts, storm and sewer profiles, and erosion control drawings
  • Revise existing drawings from markups and field notes
  • Work independently and as part of a supportive, knowledgeable team
  • You'll play a key role in shaping neighborhoods and commercial spaces, designing everything from streets and stormwater systems to grading and utilities for projects all across Central Indiana.

    • Your Qualifications

  • Experience in designing civil / site land development, commercial, residential, or municipal engineering projects
  • Strong AutoCAD Civil 3D skills and a detail-oriented approach
  • Self-motivation, dependability to meet deadlines, and a team mindset
  • Ideally, you’re someone with strong experience who’s either ready to take that next step into a senior-level role, or already there and looking for a company where your work is truly valued.
