We are seeking a Dedicated and Detail-Oriented Case Manager to join our Legal Team.

Position Overview :

Case Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing Personal Injury files from Intake to Settlement or Litigation Handoff.

Candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of handling a high-volume caseload while maintaining superior client service.

Key Responsibilities :

Open, Manage, and Maintain Personal Injury Case Files

Serve as the Primary Point of Contact for Clients, Medical Providers, and Insurance Adjusters

Gather, Review, and Organize Medical Records and Bills

Schedule Medical Appointments and Track Treatment Progress

Prepare and Send Demand Packages to Insurance Carriers

Follow up with Providers, Adjusters, and Clients to Obtain Necessary Documentation and Case Updates

Maintain Detailed Case Notes in Case Management Software

Assist Attorneys with Case Preparation and Support a Smooth Transition to Litigation if Necessary

Ensure all Deadlines are Met and Tasks are Completed in a Timely and Professional Manner

Qualifications :

Required-Minimum 2 years of Experience as a Case Manager in Personal Injury Law Firm

Strong understanding of Personal Injury Law, Medical Terminology, and Case Progression

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Ability to Manage Multiple Tasks and Deadlines in a Fast-Paced Environment

High Attention to Detail and Strong Organizational Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Case management Software

Spanish-Speaking Preferred
