Job Description

Manage all phases of construction projects from planning to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients. Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication across teams. Monitor progress and proactively resolve issues to avoid delays. Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations. Oversee procurement and manage contracts and change orders. Deliver projects on time, within scope, and to client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction. Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software (Procore preferred). Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus.
