Location : Wright School, Durham, NC
Wright School is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional to join our close-knit team as an Exceptional Children's (EC) Facilitator. This is a 12-month, full-time position with the flexibility to take earned vacation at your discretion and a maximum caseload of just 24 students.

Wright School, part of the NC Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), serves children ages 6–12 with serious emotional and behavioral challenges. We use the Re-Education philosophy—a model that empowers Teacher / Counselors as primary agents of change, blending educational and therapeutic support in a structured, nurturing community. Our small program size allows staff to form strong, meaningful connections with students and families.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Teaching Area, or eligible to receive a license in one of the following : Bachelor's, Master's, Advanced, Doctorate. Must be Highly Qualified for EC, Elementary or Core Area.
Degrees must be from appropriately accredited colleges or universities.
