Strategic Financial Director

As a key member of the CEO Council, this role assumes a strategic position in the overall management of a leading healthcare system. Develops and executes finance strategy in support of the organization's overall business plan and strategic direction. Provides vision, innovative leadership and strategic, operational, and financial oversight for all functions related to financial management, budgeting, accounting, reimbursement, etc.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develops and implements policies and procedures related to accounting practices.
• Oversees Accounting and Financial Reporting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Enterprise Analytics, Revenue Cycle, Treasury, and Supply Chain.
• Participates with the President and other senior leaders in institutional planning, policy development, and problem resolution.
