Key Responsibilities

Design and iterate on next-generation AI agents for real-world applications

Develop distributed systems and evaluation pipelines for reliable agent operation

Translate customer insights into technical requirements to guide product development

Required Qualifications

Strong background in machine learning engineering, particularly in post-training and reinforcement learning

Experience with applied data workflows and evaluation frameworks for large models or agents

Deep expertise in distributed training / inference frameworks

Experience deploying containerized systems at scale

Track record of research contributions in machine learning or reinforcement learning
