What You'll Do
As the Quality Manager , you will lead efforts to deliver best-in-class quality performance, ensuring compliance with customers, company, industry, and regulatory standards.
Leadership Responsibilities
Build and lead a high-performing Quality team, fostering a culture of respect, trust, and successCollaborate with Sales to strengthen customer relationships and manage warranty returnsMentor and evaluate Quality and Inspection team membersQuality Systems & Compliance
Develop and manage site-wide quality control programs and performance metricsLead ISO initiatives, ensuring annual reviews and complianceOversee the Quality Management System (QMS), including QA and QC functionsDrive continuous improvement and automation of inspection and quality data processesPartner with Supply Chain on supplier quality developmentRepresent the company in customer audits and manage audit responsesEnsure product compliance through dimensional, incoming, and outgoing inspectionsWhat You Bring
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations, or related field (associate's degree with equivalent experience considered)Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of international standards : ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001Experience writing work procedures and designing for quality improvementAbility to read blueprints and use precision measuring toolsExcellent presentation and communication skillsBonus : Experience with brazing, welding, and heat exchanger manufacturing processesCollaborative, analytical, and customer-focused mindsetReady to Join Us?
