As a trusted claims expert, you will :

• Own the claim process from coverage analysis and investigation to liability determination, reserve setting, negotiation, and resolution.
• Lead complex litigation strategy review lawsuits, coordinate with legal teams, and drive resolution plans that balance risk and business impact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally work closely with Underwriting, Reinsurance, Legal, and other internal partners to ensure alignment and optimal outcomes.
• Mentor and influence share your knowledge with peers, guide junior staff, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay ahead of the curve monitor legislative and industry trends, and help shape claims policies and procedures accordingly.
• Drive innovation participate in strategic projects that enhance our claims capabilities and customer experience.

What the ideal candidate will bring :

There is a strong preference for the selected candidate to live within 50-mile radius of one of the listed Hub Offices and have the ability to come into the office two times a month. This policy is subject to change. We will consider a remote candidate for this opportunity.

The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.
