job_description.job_card.job_descriptionGreet and assist guests in the arcade area and at the redemption counter Load game cards, explain play options, and troubleshoot guest questions Monitor arcade floor to ensure all games are functioning properly Assist guests with ticket redemption and recommend prize selections Restock redemption merchandise and maintain organized displays Report game malfunctions to maintenance or management immediately Keep the arcade and GameZone clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times Promote special offers, events, and arcade-related promotions Qualifications : Friendly and approachable with strong guest service skills Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Comfortable with basic tech / troubleshooting Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs Weekend, evening, and holiday availability required Previous arcade, attraction, or retail experience is a plus Powered by JazzHR
