Experienced CDL-A over-the-road drivers are needed for long-haul assignments operating modern automatic tractors. Compensation is paid by mile with additional performance incentives and consistent weekly mileage expectations.
Compensation : $0.50–$0.65 per mile based on experience and domicile; $0.10 per mile performance bonus paid weekly.
Average weekly mileage : Approximately 2,500 miles.
Home time / schedule : Weekly or bi-weekly options with a 34–48 hour reset; typically one day at home for every 5–6 days worked.
Equipment & freight : 2022–2025 automatic Cascadia and Peterbilt tractors; primarily dry van, no-touch freight; about 70% drop-and-hook.
Primary responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
- Transport dry van freight on assigned OTR routes, meeting schedules and delivery instructions.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report defects or maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and required maintenance documentation.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and customers.
Minimum qualifications
One of the following experience options : at least 3 months verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience plus completion of 120+ hours at a truck driving school within the past 12 months; or 6 months verifiable OTR / regional / local tractor-trailer experience within the last 12 months; or 12 months verifiable OTR experience within the last 3 years.Valid CDL-A license.Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements and pass required drug screening.Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication.Benefits
