    • Responsibilities Parts Counterperson :

  • Assist customers and technicians in selecting and purchasing automotive parts
  • Accurately process parts orders, returns, and inventory transactions
  • Maintain organized stock and ensure timely restocking of fast-moving items
  • Shipping and receiving duties
  • Provide knowledgeable support on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram parts
  • Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth workflow
  • Uphold dealership standards for customer service and professionalism

    • Requirements Parts Counterperson :

  • Prior experience in automotive parts or service preferred
  • Familiarity with CDJR parts catalog and inventory systems a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
