Key Responsibilities

Partner with the VP of Engineering and cross-functional leaders to align engineering priorities with company strategy

Lead strategic initiatives and translate technical progress into clear narratives for the executive team

Drive alignment and execution on key engineering strategies and initiatives

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Chief of Staff or Business Operations leader

Strong program management skills with the ability to lead projects independently

Technical acumen to understand system architectures and engage with engineering teams

Analytical thinker who uses data to diagnose issues and drive decisions

Low ego, high impact mentality, comfortable amplifying others' success
