Compensation Base Range : $20.00-$22.00 Hourly

ABOUT THE ROLE :

The retail specialist will work closely with other retail and commercial specialist peers, under supervision from the East Coast Retail Manager. This role will involve high amounts of face-to-face interaction with customers in a retail showroom setting. The retail specialist will be confident in their ability to assist and close sales for all products sold by REP. In addition to face-to-face interaction, the retail specialist will assist customers virtually, both through phone calls and emails when applicable. They should be confident in their ability to navigate basic computer functions and be able to learn the basics of complex customer and warehouse management systems.

Full time : Tuesday - Saturday from 9AM to 5PM; required in office 5 days a week.
