Membership Success Advisor

About the Role & Entreprenista :

• We’re looking for a dynamic and mission-aligned Membership Success Advisor to join our women-led company, Entreprenista, within the Membership Success Department.
• This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building meaningful relationships through daily conversations and is passionate about helping women entrepreneurs grow and succeed.
• At Entreprenista, our mission is to support women business owners by creating a powerful network and providing opportunities for growth through community, content, and curated experiences.
• As a Membership Success Advisor, you’ll spend most of your day connecting over Zoom with prospective and current members (6–8 calls daily).
• In each conversation, you’ll act as a trusted advisor—listening to their goals, sharing how Entreprenista can support them, and guiding them toward the membership, groups, events, and programs that best align with their needs.
• This is a high-volume, people-focused role that requires strong communication skills, genuine curiosity, and the ability to build trust quickly.
