Position Overview

HumanEdge is seeking an experienced Travel ER RN to join a fast-paced Emergency Department in Norwich, Connecticut . This contract role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in high-acuity settings and is confident managing a wide range of emergent patient conditions.

Responsibilities

Provide immediate and comprehensive nursing care to emergency patients

Triage and prioritize patient needs based on urgency

Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency interventions

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members

Monitor and record patient vitals and progress

Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room RN experience – Required

Active RN license (CT or compact) – Required

Certifications : BLS & ACLS (AHA required) – Required

Strong clinical skills in emergency and trauma care
