Allegro Living, LLC is seeking an experienced Accountant with management expertise to lead our accounting team and support our growing organization. Following our recent merger with Spring Arbor Senior Living, we now operate a broad portfolio of Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities and we're still expanding!

What We're Looking For :

• Tenured accounting professional with leadership / management experience
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance
• Ability to mentor and guide accounting team members
• Orlando, FL area residency highly preferred

The Accounting Manager is responsible for managing accounting operations across multiple senior living communities. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with GAAP, timely month-end close processes, and effective coordination between community business offices and the corporate finance team. The Accounting Manager provides leadership in financial analysis, process improvement, and audit readiness to support the overall financial health of the organization.
