Part-Time Front & Back Office Medical Assistant

Our Palo Alto practice is seeking a part-time Front & Back Office Medical Assistant. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, where multi-tasking skills are key. You will have a high degree of responsibility and independence.

This position will consist of front and back-office duties including :

• Scheduling appointments
• Responding to patient calls
• Insurance knowledge
• Appointment reminders
• Data entry into Electronic Health Record (Athena)
• Scanning and faxing

Pay Scale / Ranges :

Starting at $21.00 / hour (and the hourly equivalent for salaried employees).
