A company is looking for a Payroll & Benefits Manager to manage all aspects of payroll and benefits for their growing team.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
Oversee administration of employee benefits and lead communications around benefits programs
Partner with Finance to streamline payroll processes and maintain accurate payroll records
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-related field
5-7+ years of progressive payroll and benefits experience, preferably in a high-growth environment
In-depth knowledge of US payroll regulations and benefits-related compliance
Hands-on proficiency with payroll software and HRIS platforms
Experience managing benefits renewal cycles and handling retirement plan audits
