Job Summary : The Project Management Director serves clients of all industries, asset types and levels of maturity as they access markets, develop new products, improve operational performance and implement unique growth strategies on a global basis. This position manages a team of Project Managers that work on behalf of our clients around the world. Newmark is seeking talented individuals who can work collaboratively with our service line leaders, subject matter experts and Newmark's extensive brokerage network to develop industry leading analytical and problem-solving frameworks that address the strategic, operational and business process needs of our client base. A significant expectation will focus on how the skillsets above help establish implementation plans that successfully position local, regional, national and global real estate solutions.
