Position Overview :

We're seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a reputable Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). If you're committed to providing exceptional patient care and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist Physical Therapists in implementing patient care plans
  • Provide therapeutic treatments and exercises to patients
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the care team
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients

Qualifications :

  • Valid PTA license in Virginia
  • Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
