Pure Plumbing Company (located in San Marcos, CA) is looking for a self-motivated and experienced Lead Plumber or Journeyman Plumber with a positive attitude to join our growing team in San Marcos, CA. Responsibilities :
Lead and oversee plumbing jobs, including managing a small crew (2-4 workers) and providing training.Professionally interact with customers, explain services, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate estimates.Install, maintain, and repair various residential plumbing systems and fixtures, ensuring all work meets current code requirements. This includes soldering copper, and working with PEX, CPVC, ABS, and black iron gas lines.Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety and functionality.Manage job phases from start to finish (underground, top-out, and finish).Utilize dispatch software to manage and complete projects efficiently.Order materials, schedule manpower, and manage projects effectively.Maintain and clean company service vehicles.Complete all tasks in accordance with company quality and safety standards.Qualifications :
5+ years of plumbing installation experience preferred.Strong knowledge of residential plumbing installation and the ability to run multiple jobs.Thorough understanding of the current California Plumbing Code (CPC).Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.Ability to handle a physical workload (lift up to 80 lbs).Must have your own set of professional tools (hand tools and battery-operated power tools).Must reside within our designated service territory.Required : Valid Driver's License.A plus : Relevant trade certifications.Benefits & Perks :

This estimate includes a base salary and is based on a range of factors, including business needs, market demands, and the candidate's skills and experience.
