Site Acquisition / Permitting Specialist (IL / WI Market)

Selectek is looking for a Site Acquisition / Permitting Specialist (IL / WI Market) to be responsible for candidate selection, lease negotiations, tower owner applications, zoning, and permitting.

Required :

• 3-5 years of related experience
• Extensive permitting experience
• Experience with new site builds (search rings)
• Able to forecast and understand SAQ processes left to right for new builds and modification projects.
• Experience with high volume, fast-paced modification projects.
• Able to understand and manage tower owner applications and processes.
• Ability to travel when as needed is required.
• Successful completion and passing score of all mandatory company certifications
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Requires excellent communication skills, oral and written. Be responsive and have the ability to explain issues clearly.
• Must be US Citizen or able to work for any US employer without Visa sponsorship

Job Responsibilities :

Sponsorship : No

Pay Range : $38.46 / hour

Term of assignment :

6-months + (indefinite)

Pay Method when Direct :

Hourly

Location of Job :

Remote Central or Eastern time zone

Hours & Shift :

Monday - Friday; 8-5; flex on hours (open to starting as early as 6 : 30AM)

WFH : Yes

Overtime : Not much expected

Travel : No
