Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

• 4$ for the second shift and $5 on the weekends per diem also available\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n
• Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans\n
• Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed\n
• Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information\n
• Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed\n
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery\n

• Valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)\n
